Albert

Albert tells the tale of a diminutive Douglas fir named Albert who harbors grand ambitions of becoming Empire City's most renowned Christmas tree. When the annual hunt for this year's tree is announced, he believes he has found his calling and sets off on the road with his two best friends, Maisie—the relentlessly upbeat palm tree—and Gene, the abrasive and blisteringly honest weed, to fulfill his destiny. Along the way he faces a few prickly moments, and with Cactus Pete determined to thwart him, Albert discovers the true meaning of Christmas.
