Alexander: The Other Side of Dawn
In this sequel to Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway, Alexander's tale unfolds across the past and the present. Abandoned by parents who deem him overly sensitive and unwilling to contribute on their farm, he heads for Los Angeles with dreams of art school. When he cannot secure work due to age restrictions, he descends into a perilous line of work. After a run-in with the law, he plans to relocate to Arizona to marry Dawn, but instead he enters a lucrative partnership and romance with a renowned gay football star.
