Majka, nicknamed 'Chatterbox', is a girl on the cusp of adolescence. Born with a minor disability, she endures a mother who scolds her for the way she walks, while her peers taunt her, calling her a 'duck'. As she navigates an innocent first romance and a clandestine friendship, she encounters scant understanding from her parents and abundant malice from her schoolmates. In response, Majka seeks solace with her grandmother and retreats into her own fantasy world.
