Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story

Anne agrees to join her fiancé, Gilbert, in New York City as he begins his tenure at a major hospital. Yet happiness proves elusive when Gilbert enlists to serve in The Great War in Europe. Anne stays behind, taking up writing, and soon learns that contact with Gilbert has been lost.
