Autumn Never Dies

Danny is an ostrich living in Glasgow with his roommate, a monkey named Nelson. After a breakup with his girlfriend triggers a failed suicide attempt, he seeks counselling to recover from his ordeal and get his life back on track. He meets Lizzie during a pub quiz, and their friendship quickly blossoms into romance, but when his former lover reaches out to him again, his new relationship is threatened. At a crossroads in life, Danny reaches out to his psychiatrist for advice that would eventually help him decide whether to reopen past wounds or chart a new future with Lizzie.
