Ava
Ava, 13, spends the summer along the Atlantic coast when she learns she will lose her sight sooner than expected. Her mother decides to act as if everything were normal in order to give them the best summer possible. Ava confronts the problem in her own way. She steals a large black dog that belongs to a young man who is on the run.
