Koichi, an unassuming young man endowed with extraordinary powers, fights a shadowy underworld of renegade psychics. Concealed within a forgotten desert lies the tower of Babel, forged by an unseen force. As its successor, Koichi conjures three psychic guardians and pits himself against Yomi, Leon, and any other renegades bold enough to stand in his way.
