Basically Black

Adapted from the stage production of the same name, Basically Black is a 1973 sketch comedy television pilot broadcast by ABC. Due to its provocative racial content, ABC did not produce any further episodes. It stands as a watershed milestone in Australian television history, being the first television program and stage play entirely created and written by Aboriginal Australians.
