45/100 A ragtag group of fighters try to fend off alien invaders that have decimated mankind. A good example of producers shooting beyond their budget, it isn't terrible but its shortcomings are blatantly noticeable. The aliens, which is just one alien, called a hell hound, that's copied and pasted over and over, did have a distinctively gruesome appearance and the action sequences were adequately fun and exciting. But the eye-rolling human drama was maudlin, sappy and silly and only served to disrupt the film's energy. Climax was an exercise in patience. -- DrNostromo.com

No surprises here. Entire movie is basically a slow-motion shot of soldiers shooting at something off-camera. Story is nonexistent. Acting is nonexistent. The CGI is bad but not laughably bad. Aliens mostly just run forward and then wait to get shot and then run forward again. Unless you enjoy mindless military action then I would stay away from this.
