During a summer visit, Sara escorts Beethoven to an old mining town to stay with her wacky Uncle Freddie. The mischievous hound uncovers a missing clue to a legendary hidden fortune belonging to Rita and Moe Selig. The discovery triggers a frenzy of treasure hunting as the town's quirky inhabitants race to claim the prize. With help from Uncle Freddie and Garrett (a friend or maybe more), Sara and Beethoven join forces to uncover a secret that has lingered in the crazy little town for years.
