Before Dawn
Departing his family's sheep farm in the Australian outback, a young man enlists with his countrymen and travels to the Western Front of World War I, driven by a hope to hasten an end to the bloody conflict. As the war rages on, he confronts the brutal realities of trench warfare, fighting for his own survival while determined to never leave a comrade behind. Based on the real diary entries of local ANZACs, the film recounts an untold chapter of Australia’s military history, showcasing some of the nation’s greatest victories.
