Before Midnight
Nine years have passed since Jesse and Celine—the French-American couple who first connected on a Vienna-bound train—last appeared together. Now residents of Paris with their twin daughters, they spend a summer in Greece at the invitation of a writer friend of Jesse’s. As the vacation ends and Jesse prepares to send his teenage son back to the United States, he reevaluates the choices that shaped his life, threatening the fragile balance of his relationship with Celine.
