Throttle, Modo and Vinnie—the Biker Mice from Mars—flee their world as it lies in ruin at the hands of the fish-faced Plutarkians. After crash-landing in Chicago, the renegade rodents quickly realize the Plutarkians' next target is Earth. Under the steely leadership of Lawrence Limburger and his treacherous lieutenants, Greasepit and the diabolical Dr. Karbunkle, the Plutarkians have already begun sowing trouble in the Windy City.
