Vampire Jirou and his brother Kotarou set sail for Yokohama. Kotarou, a restless youngster, wanders the boat and stumbles into a clash between the suppression team and the vampires. Jirou steps in to quell the confrontation, but a grenade sends Kotarou overboard. Jirou dives after him, yet the seawater harms him because of his blood.
