Train, better known as Black Cat, completes another mission for Chronos and is briefed on his next assignment. Later, Sven sits inside a restaurant, plotting how to catch his next target. Outside, a parade unfolds to celebrate the arrival of a new governor. A waitress informs Sven that the new governor is also a gangster—the same man Sven is targeting. That night, a party is held, and Sven learns he isn't the only one pursuing the governor: the infamous Black Cat is after him too, though with a very different objective.
