Boom!
Secluded on a Mediterranean island, Flora 'Sissy' Goforth withdraws into an island mansion, surrounded by her servants and nurses as she braces for her impending death. Yet she is not alone in the waiting. Enter Chris Flanders, a poet renowned for his attraction to the dying rich, who ingratiates himself with the waning Sissy. A friend explains Flanders' 'Angel of Death' nature, but Sissy embraces the vulture-like suitor, drawn by his chilling allure.
