Boundless
In a moment of cowardice, Detective Carl Mørck sends Rose, his junior colleague in Department Q, to the remote Danish island of Bornholm to answer the repeated requests of his former colleague Christian Habersaat. But during Habersaat's forced retirement ceremony, he kills himself, sending Rose on a journey into her own traumatic past. Later, Department Q becomes embroiled in an old cold case: a girl found dead, hanging in a tree.
