Two rival squads, Team Jonathan and Team Drew, are assembled by the brothers, each built from a blend of skills—contractors, designers, and realtors. They face a series of challenges, with one contestant sent home each week. The final contestant standing, male or female, earns the title of Brother vs. Brother.
