Butterfly Jam

Set amid New Jersey’s Circassian community, a teenage helper lends a hand at his family’s struggling diner, which specializes in Circassian cuisine. When he’s not working there, he trains to become a professional wrestler. After one of his father’s ill-advised schemes goes awry, he must reckon with his father’s faults as he confronts a violence that pushes him to grow up faster than he’d like.
