Buya Hamka: Vol. III
Depicts Hamka's childhood in Maninjau, West Sumatra, where he nurtured a strong fascination with tradition and literature, even as his education at the pesantren was neglected and he frequently clashed with his father. After his mother divorced his father, Hamka traveled to Mecca to study organization, the hajj manasik system, and to pursue his life's greatest mission: building Islam in Indonesia. Yet Hamka continued to struggle with his father and encountered Siti Raham, an extraordinary woman who became his greatest inspiration in life.
