Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness

Young Chickenhare is the adopted son of King Peter, a renowned adventurer. Half chicken, half hare, he endures a difficult upbringing and hides among hares to escape the taunts of his peers. On the day of the Royal Adventurer Society trials, his disguise hampers him and he fails in a spectacular fashion. He resolves to seize a second chance and seek the Scepter of the Hamster of Darkness before his sinister Uncle Lapin can grab it. The Scepter promises immense power to its bearer, and if Lapin wields it, he will become unstoppable. Joined by his faithful servant Abe, a sarcastic turtle, and Meg, a martial arts expert skunk, he sets off on an epic and initiatory quest.
