Concert for George
To commemorate the first anniversary of George Harrison's passing, The Concert for George was held at London's Royal Albert Hall on 29 November 2002. Organized by Harrison's widow Olivia and his son Dhani, with musical direction by Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne, the all-star tribute served as a benefit for Harrison's Material World Charitable Foundation. Proceeds from the accompanying film were also donated to the Material World Charitable Foundation. The film was shot with discreet cameras from over twelve locations.
