Count Krestovsky

From a working-class background, Elbrus Tamayev is raised with a code of masculine principles: never offend the weak, stand up to defend others, and lend a hand to those in need. During his school years he forms a close friend and a girlfriend. He later accepts a job aboard a dry cargo ship. His friend orchestrates a drug scam, which is exposed, making Elbrus the scapegoat. He is sentenced to life imprisonment in a maximum-security prison for the most dangerous criminals, an escape-proof facility. Twenty years later, the hero reappears under a new name, Graf Krestovsky, returns to his homeland, and begins to exact vengeance on those who treated him so cruelly.
