An electric shock grants Sach the ability to foresee numbers, sending the Bowery Boys to Las Vegas to win enough money at the roulette wheels to enable their landlady to purchase an apartment building. Witnessing his winning streak, a group of gangsters decide to move in, determined to uncover his "system" for beating the odds.
