Creeps

Phil and Lou stand to inherit a house left by an eccentric uncle, on the condition that they occupy the house for thirty days. Their cousin Anita covets the property for herself and, with several hired-henchmen, sends 'ghost' after 'ghoul' through the house after the boys arrive.
