Damages

Damages is an American legal-thriller television series created by Daniel Zelman and the brothers Glenn and Todd A. Kessler. At its core is the brilliant, ruthless attorney Patty Hewes and her protégée, Ellen Parsons, a recent law school graduate. Each season features a marquee case taken on by Hewes & Associates, while also examining the intricate relationship between Ellen and Patty. The first two seasons center on the law firm Hewes & Associates, while later installments focus more on the evolving bond between Patty and Ellen as Ellen distances herself from Hewes & Associates and begins an independent career.
