Dance with a Stranger
Ruth Ellis lives with her ten-year-old son Andy beside a nightclub. One evening she meets David Blakely, and they begin a romance. Yet his upper-class background makes the relationship unsustainable, and he ends it. Devastated, Ellis becomes consumed by an obsessive fixation on him.
