Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest

Villainous Dr. Kochin uses the dragon balls to resurrect his mentor, Dr. Wheelo, in a bid to conquer the world. Wheelo, whose body was destroyed by the avalanche that killed him fifty years earlier, desires the body of the world's strongest fighter as his new vessel. Believing Roshi to be the world's strongest warrior, Kochin abducts Bulma and compels Roshi to surrender himself to save her. When Goku learns of their abduction, he sets out to rescue them.
