In the medieval realm of Driland, hunters scour ancient ruins in search of treasures. Princess Mikoto longs to become a hunter even as she bears the royal duty of one day ascending the throne of Elua. Heeding the guidance of Bonny, an accomplished hunter who serves as a beacon for the future empress, Mikoto embarks on a journey to explore the world with the intention of eventually returning to her homeland.
