Early to Bed
Donald must rise with the dawn, but every force seems to conspire to keep him asleep. A loudly ticking alarm clock resists every attempt to quiet it. In a surreal twist, Donald swallows the clock, its glow-in-the-dark dial peeking through his feathers. His folding bed folds up onto him as springs begin to pop from the frame. He then constructs an elaborate framework to pin it down. At last, enough of the clock reassembles to sound the alarm, and the night yields to day.
