Archaeologist Jack Wilder uncovers leads to the elusive Incan city of El Dorado. Pursued by a deadly mercenary and captured by a corrupt Peruvian army, he is rescued by his ex-lover, Maria Martinez, who joins him on the mission to locate the legendary city of gold.
