Set in the postwar era, this baseball comedy follows Enoken as a devoted superfan of the Tokyo Yomiuri Giants—the real Tokyo team, whose star players appear as themselves—who, despite a total lack of athletic ability, becomes embroiled in their successes and in the players' personal lives.
