Finder's Fee
Tepper, Quigley, Fishman, and Bolan convene for their weekly poker night, anchored by two simple rules: each man contributes a lottery ticket to the pot, and the numbers aren’t checked until the hand is over. On a stormy night, Tepper is planning to propose to his girlfriend. Just before the game starts, he discovers a wallet abandoned outside his apartment containing a lottery ticket worth $6 million. Tepper calls the wallet’s owner, Avery, to collect what’s his, but he keeps the winning ticket for himself—only for Avery to arrive and ask to play a hand.
