Following the absence of their star gymnast Brenna Dowell, the University of Oklahoma Sooners must discover a path to self-belief if they are to secure their second National Gymnastics Championship. Guided by Riley, a local breakdancing sensation, Chayse and her OU teammates fuse complex breakdance moves with their gymnastics routines to gain a competitive edge. In the finale, they understand that true triumph hinges on the confidence to believe in themselves.
