A stone tablet on display in a museum is shattered by a visitor, unleashing a sealed horror. Sekiya (Yuki Himura), a security guard who was present, is possessed by the horror Azdab—an aspect from his shadowy past. Saejima Raika receives orders to defeat Azdab and learns that an emissary from the Senate is coming to visit him bearing a powerful magical tool.
