Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society
Set in 2034, two years after the events of Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG, the story follows Major Motoko Kusanagi, a female cyborg who has left Public Security Section 9. This elite unit specializes in counter-terrorism and anti-crime via cyber-warfare, and it has expanded to a 20-strong team of field operatives, with Togusa acting as the field lead.
