Ghost Sweeper Mikami

As Japan’s rapid urbanization accelerates, countless indigenous spirits and ghosts are displaced from their homes. In response to the unrest wrought by these homeless beings, a new vocation emerges: Ghost Sweepers (GS)—private exorcists-for-hire who answer to the highest bidder in a ruthless corporate landscape. Within this arena, the Mikami GS Company, led by twenty-year-old Reiko Mikami and supported by two assistants—the seventeen-year-old Tadao Yokoshima and the ghost girl Okinu—has earned a reputation as the premier outfit.
