Go Go Kamen Rider

The Shocker Organization dispatches two of its Inhumanoids to destroy an atomic plant, but their scheme is foiled by an invisible barrier surrounding the facility. They then abduct a top soccer player and transform him into Tokageron, a lizard Inhumanoid capable of kicking a five-kilogram bomb to breach the plant's barrier. Once again, Kamen Rider must confront Shocker and prevent the destruction of the atomic plant.
