Ichijyoma Mankitsu Gurashi!

Meiko Morita, a high-school student from Akita, is suddenly selected as a special transfer student to the prestigious Amamiya Girls' Academy and travels to Tokyo, a mix of exhilaration and nerves in her heart. Her new life doesn't begin in a conventional dormitory; instead, it centers on Hedgehog, a manga café that also serves as a shared residence. Residing in a compact one-tatami room and earning her keep at the café through daily duties, Meiko finds herself surrounded by a colorful roster of residents, setting in motion a singular, manga-infused Tokyo existence.
