In the Land of Leadale

A catastrophic accident forces Keina Kagami to rely on life support to survive. The sole escape is the VRMMORPG Leadale. When her life support fails, Keina dies. She awakens in Leadale, two hundred years in the future. There she becomes Cayna, a half-elf who possesses lost skills and overpowered statuses, growing closer to the other inhabitants of this world. Among these inhabitants are the 'children' she created during character creation.
