In the Shadow of the Moon
In 1988, Philadelphia police officer Thomas "Locke" Lockhart, driven by an ambition to advance to detective, begins pursuing a serial killer whose crimes defy scientific explanation. When the killer resurfaces nine years later, Locke's obsession with uncovering the truth threatens to ruin his career, tear apart his family, and possibly shatter his sanity.
