A quintet of American friends on the brink of adulthood travels to Panama to unwind and reconnect. They befriend a local woman they meet at their hotel bar, and despite ominous whispers, she defies her brother's explicit instructions and leads the group on a day trip to the pristine falls within the nearby jungle. What begins as a harmless excursion to a picturesque waterfall quickly becomes a nightmare when she vanishes. As night falls, the friends confront the chilling truth behind the rumors—the legendary blood-sucking Chupacabra is now stalking them.
