The Iron Cross Army sabotage oil-tankers with the aid of their monster, the Sea-Devil—a semi-mechanical anthropomorphic swordfish endowed with the ability to shoot torpedoes from its mouth. Spiderman enlists the help of Interpol agent Juzo Mamiya to stop the Iron Cross Army.
