In 1999, eleven years after Jotaro Kujo's desperate clash with DIO in Egypt, the narrative follows Jotaro as he crosses paths with Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of his grandfather Joseph Joestar. He soon learns that Josuke wields the same formidable Stand power, and that a fresh menace is rising in Morioh City.
