Journal of the Mysterious Creatures

Yoshihito, a 23-year-old with no job and no girlfriend, makes ends meet by renting out a spare room in his house. During a tour for his first tenant, Lily, she is suddenly attacked by a vampire named Vivian, and Yoshihito discovers that Lily is actually a werewolf. As Yoshihito and Lily begin living under the same roof, he is recruited by an organization charged with maintaining order across parallel universes, and one after another uncanny creatures become tenants in his home.
