Rusty Nail returns to the road, bent on meting out justice at every turn, this time pursuing a volatile crew of hotheaded street racers bound for Road Rally 1000. As they press through a desolate shortcut toward the race, a fateful encounter with Rusty turns sour, and he begins tracking, taunting, and torturing them to the very end of the road.
