Juno, a recovering addict, leaves a marginal housing compound behind in search of a brighter future, bidding farewell to her beloved Ruby. When Ruby goes missing, Juno returns to Junction Row and discovers the neighborhood has devolved into a crime-infested landscape. But the peril she faces while tracking Ruby extends far beyond the threat of ruthless drug dealers.
