Exactly twelve years ago, the Daybreak Town Accident changed the world and ushered in a new era of prosperity driven by artificial intelligence. Sougo Tokiwa relinquished his quest for power after choosing to reset the world and live a mundane life. But when a Time Jacker begins to alter history again, Sougo is compelled to reclaim the mantle of Kamen Rider Zi-O. He meets Aruto Hiden, the world’s native Rider he must save. This is the story of two Kamen Riders from two different worlds, whose fight together will ultimately determine the fate of all reality.
