Kareinaru ichizoku
Daisuke Manpyō is the owner and president of the prosperous Hanshin Bank, along with several other companies and real estate holdings. When his son-in-law, a bureaucrat at the Ministry of the Treasury, warns him that a reorganization of commercial banks is underway, Manpyō faces a turbulent struggle as he tries to prevent the merger of his bank with another institution.
