Kashimashi - Girl Meets Girl

Hazumu confessed his love to Yasuna, but she rejected him. To ease his heartbreak, he journeyed to Mt. Kashimayama, the place where he first met her. He loses his way in the mountains as darkness closes in. When a brilliant shooting star streaks across the sky, he begins to make a wish, only to sense that something is terribly wrong—the shooting star is, in fact, a spacecraft on a collision course with him. And then he dies. Only with the help of aliens can his life be saved. However, due to an accident during the reconstruction of his body, he becomes a girl.
